If you need to reach a physician on call after hours, for urgent matters that can not wait until business hours, call 855-266-7243 and when prompted type 3728442 then your phone number and pound. Please keep in mind the on call doctor WILL NOT REFILL MEDICATIONS OR SUBMIT REFERRALS.

URGENT CARE CENTERS

For all non-emergency medical issues that need to be addressed,
we have provided a list of Urgent Care Centers below.

Please take note of which Urgent Care Centers you should go to based on your Insurance Coverage.

  • All Primecare Medical Group Insurance, IEHP, and Molina Group must be seen at Inland Urgent Care.
  • Primecare Members may also be seen at Total Urgent Care and I-Care Urgent Care.
  • PPO’s, Tricare* and Medicare may go to any Urgent Care.

*Tricare members MUST notify our office within 24 business hours of being seen at an Urgent Care and provide our staff with the Name and address of the Urgent Care, Date of Service, Billing Codes used by the Urgent Care and the Reason for the visit.
